The OK Button will allow the program to run if the password
entered is correct. This will not be added to a list and you will be
asked the same question again the next time when the program tries to
start.
The Add to List Button will always allow
the program to run bypassing the firewall and menu. Added to the
list if the password and
permissions are correct.
The Help Button when pressed will display info on
all buttons and check boxes.
The Cancel Button will not allow the program to
run and the next time the program tries to start you will be asked the
same question. No password is needed for this button. 
The Disable File Lock Feature will disable the
firewall if the password is correct and allow all programs to run
unrestricted. To enable the firewall press the this shortcut icon on the
desktop.
The Add to Always Cancel List Button will never
allow the program to run. Added to the list if the password entered is correct.
The Show Processes Button will start the tool as
seen below. You press the Load Process button and then the save button
this saves the file called logProc.doc or you can highlight
all the text and copy it to an email. No password needed.
